She is also an author of two best-selling books 'Cotton Wool Kids' in 2015 and 'Bully-Proof Kids' in 2017.

Stella shared insightful information about what parents need to know about bullying, including the importance of open communication with children to address bullying, identifying warning signs that a child may be a victim, and equipping children with the skills to stand up for themselves and others. She also highlighted the role of schools in establishing a safe and inclusive environment for students.
